We do our best to make the restaurant accessible to everyone. There is a wheelchair ramp at the rear of the manor, facing the water, and an accessible bathroom. Contact us with questions or if you need particular arrangements.

Usually no reservation is required, except for special events. However, we recommend booking online, especially for larger groups.

Yes. We invoice an advance payment of 25% on signing and a further 25% when there are 90 days remaining before the event. For bookings made less than 90 days before the event, or bookings of the entire manor, 50% is invoiced on signing. The final invoice is sent after the event, with payment due within 20 days.

We work with several taxi and shuttle services offering fixed fares between the hotel and various destinations. Contact us and we will try to find the best available rate.

Yes. Please ask reception about hotel packages or discounts for large groups.

Yes, gift vouchers are available. Contact reception in person or by email to request a personalised voucher.

Yes. Access for decorating is usually available the day before or on the morning of the event, depending on other bookings. We have specific rules for candles, confetti and rice paper, which we will discuss with you beforehand.

No. All food and drinks are served by us under our serving licence. Bringing your own cake is not permitted.

All rooms have smart TVs. Sign in to one of the pre-installed streaming apps or cast from most streaming apps on your phone. Ask reception or follow the instructions on the TV for more information.

Yes, there are four charging stations in the hotel car park. Scan the QR code at the charging station to start charging.

All rooms are completely non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors as required by law. Smoking in a room results in an additional cleaning charge.

There is an outdoor pool at the neighbouring campsite, along with other family activities. Hotel guests can use the pool free of charge. It is open seasonally in summer.

Ceremonies can be held in the park or the manor’s reception rooms. You arrange your own officiant. Söderfors Church is 200 metres away.

Yes. We are happy to arrange parts of the day in the park, by the river or in Potatis Bunkern, our pub in 300-year-old stone vaults. We will discuss the arrangements with you before your visit.

Yes. A tasting for the wedding couple is booked well before the wedding. One tasting is included; additional tastings are charged. Our sommelier can also help you choose drinks to accompany the menu.

You may reduce the number of participants free of charge until 30 days before the event. After that, you may reduce the number by up to 10% until 14 days before the event. The final number is confirmed 14 days before arrival and is then the minimum number charged for.

Yes: christenings, milestone celebrations, memorial gatherings, Christmas buffets and private dinners. Tell us what you are planning and we will take it from there.

Yes, lunch is served Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 14:00. On Saturdays, the restaurant opens at 12:00.

Pets are welcome in designated rooms. An additional pet fee of SEK 300 per night covers cleaning costs.

Our largest indoor space comfortably accommodates 150 people. Other rooms hold between 1 and 60 people. Larger groups can also hold outdoor events on the lawn with large tents.

The booking is binding once the agreement has been signed and a booking fee of SEK 25,000 has been paid, with payment due within 10 days. At least 75% of the estimated total must be paid no later than 90 days before the event. The final invoice is sent after the event, with payment due within 10 days. Cancellation terms are set out in the booking agreement.

We follow Visita’s industry-standard cancellation schedule, which begins 60 days before arrival. The full terms are included in the booking confirmation.

There are activities for children all year round, including table tennis and games in the restaurant and lounge. In summer, our campsite and pool area offer many outdoor activities for children.
