Gym at Söderfors Manor
Welcome to the gym at Söderfors Manor, where modern training meets a historic setting. Hotel guests and members have access to a newly opened, fully equipped gym for strength, cardio, and mobility training. It has everything you need for an effective workout in peaceful surroundings.
Membership and opening hours
Gym access is included for hotel guests and available year-round to members. You can arrange membership at the manor reception.
Guests up to the age of 18 must exercise with a parent or guardian and need their own membership.
You are welcome to train in a setting that combines comfort, quality, and history.
Alongside standard gym memberships, we offer Silver and Gold Wellness annual passes that combine gym access with spa visits and other benefits. You can buy these passes using the button above.
- Gym membership: 1 month SEK 400/month, 3 months SEK 350/month, 6 months SEK 300/month, or 12 months SEK 250/month. A SEK 100 joining fee applies.
- Silver Wellness annual pass: 12 months of gym access and 12 weekday spa visits.
- Gold Wellness annual pass: 12 months of gym access, 24 weekday spa visits, 20 percent off the sauna boat Sunday to Thursday, and 20 percent off massage treatments.
