Beneath Grillska House, part of Söderfors Manor's historic setting, you will find the Potato Bunker, our cellar pub where local history meets the bustle of a neighbourhood bar.

The Potato Bunker was once a popular pub in Söderfors, but remained closed for more than 15 years. We have carefully renovated the rooms and reopened them as a meeting place for residents and visitors.

The old stone vaults, low ceilings, and rustic details remain. Warm lighting has given the cellar a new life, with room for food, a drink, and an unhurried evening.

It is once again a natural meeting place in Söderfors.

The Potato Bunker combines its rustic cellar setting with a relaxed bar atmosphere and a broad choice of drinks. Settle in with friends and spend the evening beneath the stone vaults.

The bar serves beer, wine, cider, cocktails, and alcohol-free options. Simple snacks are also available.

Stop by for an after-work drink, begin your evening here, or stay until closing. Hotel guests and other visitors are equally welcome.
