Konst på väg — Art Exhibition
3–6 April
Söderfors Manor takes part in Tierp's Konst på väg art trail from 3 to 6 April 2026. Three local artists exhibit in Grillska Hall, where you can watch weaving and porcelain painting and try weaving yourself.
Eva Forsberg began weaving at the age of six in Hedesunda, where her father Birger led children's weaving in the municipal hall. Today she works freely at the loom with plant-dyed yarn and will demonstrate her craft.
Eva-Lena Pettersson was born in Söderfors and still lives here. She works with historical motifs on porcelain and glass, abstract paintings, nature and woodcraft, and will demonstrate her work.
Susanne Henriques creates woven pictures inspired by yarn, colour, memories and feelings. She joined Hedesundavävarna in 1966 under Birger's guidance.
Opening hours: Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday 11:00–17:00; Easter Monday 11:00–15:00.
