General terms and conditions

Welcome to Söderfors Manor House


We look forward to providing you with a first-class experience. The following terms and conditions govern your stay at Söderfors Resort & Spa AB (company registration number 559448-9311). Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the hotel, the following rules apply.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is binding once it has been confirmed and a booking number has been assigned. Confirmation can be given verbally, in writing, or via our booking system. When booking, you must provide your name, contact details, arrival and departure dates, and payment method. Different terms and conditions may apply depending on the price option selected, and this is stated

in the booking confirmation.

Age requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to book a room at Söderfors Herrgård. The person making the booking is responsible for the stay, even if the room is used by minors.

Unregistered guests

For security reasons, only registered guests and hotel staff have access to hotel rooms and other restricted areas.

Guest conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or the hotel's operations. The hotel reserves the right to refuse continued accommodation without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

Children's policy

Children between the ages of zero and three stay free of charge if they sleep in an existing bed or if the guest arranges their own sleeping accommodation. Special children's rates apply for children between the ages of four and twelve.

Cancellation and no-show

The cancellation terms depend on whether cancellation protection has been purchased or not, as well as on the price option selected.

Without cancellation protection, cancellations or rebookings can be made free of charge up to seven days before arrival. In the event of cancellation, change or no-show later than seven days before arrival, 100 percent of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

If cancellation protection has been purchased, cancellations or rebookings can be made up to 24 hours before check-in. Check-in is at 3 p.m. every day. For cancellations later than this time or in case of no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be charged. The cost of cancellation protection is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made via the channel through which the booking was made. Bookings made via external booking sites must be canceled via the respective provider.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Requests for early check-in or late check-out can be accommodated subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed.

Early departure and extension of stay

In the event of earlier departure than planned, no refund will be given unless cancellation insurance has been purchased. Extensions to stays must be notified to reception in good time and are subject to availability.

Unavailability of rooms

If the hotel is unable to provide the booked room type, an equivalent or upgraded room will be offered at no extra cost.

Payment

Payment is made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made by card, Swish, or invoice, depending on the selected payment option.
