We take care of all the practicalities, so you can focus on the content. The banquet room are ready on arrival, equipped with the latest technology, projector, sound systems, whiteboard and the fast speed Wi-Fi.

The day is filled with breaks, homemade coffee and cake, and lunch in the manor house restaurant. Ja, vi fakturerar förskott enligt följande: 25 % vid signering och 25 % när det är 90 dagar kvar till arrangemanget. Om bokningen sker närmare än 90 dagar före, eller om ni bokar hela herrgården, faktureras 50 % vid signering. Slutfakturan skickas efter arrangemanget med 20 dagars betalningsvillkor.
Vi tillämpar Visitas branschstandard med en avbokningstrappa som börjar 60 dagar före ankomst. Fullständiga villkor står i bokningsbekräftelsen.
Deltagarantalet får minskas kostnadsfritt fram till 30 dagar före arrangemanget. Därefter kan antalet minskas med upp till 10 % fram till 14 dagar före arrangemanget. Det slutgiltiga deltagarantalet fastställs 14 dagar före ankomst och utgör därefter minimidebitering.
Ja, vi tar hand om alla typer av allergier och kostpreferenser. Uppgifter om specialkost och allergier önskar vi ha tillhanda senast 10 dagar före evenemanget för att kunna garantera att köket hinner planera enligt era behov.
Ja. Vi arrangerar gärna delar av dagen i parken, vid älven eller i Potatis Bunkern, vår pub i 300 år gamla stenvalv. Det avgörs i dialog med er inför besöket.

Our largest indoor space can comfortably accommodate 150 people. Our other rooms can accommodate between 1 and 60 people. We can also hold events outdoors on the lawn with large tents for larger groups.
