Welcome to the gym at Söderfors Herrgård, a place where modern training meets historical environment. As a hotel guest or member, you get access to a newly opened and fully equipped gym for both strength, fitness and mobility. Here you train in calm and inspiring surroundings with everything you need for an effective workout.

The gym is included for hotel guests and is open all year round for members. Membership is easily signed up at the reception in the mansion.
Children up to 18 years old train with a guardian and need their own membership.
