Our head chef Kristoffer Blank and his team are passionate about creating menus that combine classic and modern flavors, always with a focus on seasonal local ingredients.
Together with Kristoffer, who is also a sommelier, we compose an entire menu according to your wishes – from finger food to a six-course dinner.
The beverage selection consists of carefully selected wines, local beers, and well-composed cocktails that harmonize with both dinner and parties.

Grillska Hall
The heart of the manor house – a grand hall with high ceilings and large windows. It can accommodate up to 150 people in theater seating and 120 guests at tables.
For presentations and speeches, there is a integrated projector with a pull-down screen. Perfect for wedding dinners, anniversaries, and larger parties, and direct access to the park.

Do you dream of saying yes by the water, surrounded by nature and birdsong? Or in the garden under the oaks?
We offer several beautiful outdoor and indoor locations. In case of bad weather, we can easily move the ceremony to one of the manor's halls.
We can arrange chairs, tables, altars, music and decorations according to your desires.
Söderfors church is located just a few hundred meters from the manor and is perfect for those who want a traditional church wedding in a beautiful historic setting or get married at Söderfors Manor.
Accommodation
When the party is over, a good night's sleep awaits in our hotel rooms.
The bride and groom stay in our wedding suite - a peaceful end to a magical day.
The following morning, breakfast is served overlooking the water, and for those who want to stay longer, we can arrange brunch, a sauna raft or spa.
Table setting & details
We provide furniture, chairs, tablecloths, glassware and porcelain.
Our team will help you set the right style - classic, country, elegant or modern.
You can of course bring your own decorations, flowers and personal touches. We will help you prepare everything on site.

Invite your loved ones the day before for a barbecue or welcome drink in the garden, and end the weekend with brunch or a swim in the sauna raft.
