FAQs

What activities are offered for children?

We have many activities to keep kids entertained year-round. We have a game room in Grillska Huset, as well as board games available in our restaurant and lounge. During the summer we also have our campground and pool area open which offers many fun outdoor activities for children.

Do you offer airport shuttle services or taxi services?

Yes, we are partnered with several taxi and shuttle services that offer fixed rates to and from various destinations and our hotel. Please contact us and we will try to get you the best rates avaialble to us.

Do you have a pool?

We have an outdoor pool in the adjascent campground with many other fun family activities. Use of the pool is free to hotel guests. The pool is open seasonally during the summer.

Are there meeting rooms available?

Yes! We have many private meeting rooms available for work or conferences of all sizes (from 1 to 150 people). Please contact reception for any inquiries.

What time is breakfast offered?

On weekdays, breakfast is offered from 6:30 - 9, and on weekends breakfast is offered from 8 - 11

What amenities are included in the rooms?

All rooms have towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, drinking cups, TVs, desks, and Wi-Fi. By request we also offer toiletry kits, steamer/ironing tables, slippers, and more!

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

Yes, gift cards are available to purchase! Please contact reception in person or by email to request a custom-made gift card.

Do you offer group discounts or packages?

Yes, please inquire at reception if you would like to request any large group discounts or packages at the hotel.

Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?

All of our rooms are strictly non-smoking. Every rooms is equipped with a smoke detector, as required by law. Smoking in the room will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Is there cable on the TVs in the hotel room?

All our hotel rooms are equipped with smart TVs where you can log into one of the pre-downloaded streaming apps, or cast to the TV from most streaming apps on your phone. Contact reception or read the instructions on the TV for more information.

Is Wi-Fi included in the stay?

Yes, we have high speed fiber in the hotel which is also available to our hotel guests through Wi-Fi.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our normal check-in time is 3pm and our check-out time is 10am. Please contact us if you would like to request early check-in or late check-out. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Do you allow pets?

We allow pets in certain designated rooms. We charge an additional pet fee of 300 SEK per night to cover the cleaning costs.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

Yes, we have 4 charging stations in our hotel parking. You can scan the QR code at the charging station to enable charging of your vehicle.
