Fall Break at Söderfors Manor
As fall settles over the Dalälven River and the evenings grow darker, an autumn break filled with cozy manor house charm, good food, and just the right amount of Halloween fun awaits.
Check in at Söderfors Herrgård and extend your fall break a little longer. During your stay, you’ll enjoy a three-course dinner at the manor, warm apple cider upon arrival, pumpkins, fall walks, and a peaceful morning with a manor breakfast.
Throughout the week, an atmospheric pumpkin display will take shape in front of the manor house. The package includes your own pumpkin and a pumpkin carving kit so you can decorate or carve your pumpkin whenever it suits you. You can then take the pumpkin home or leave it in front of the manor house to become part of the fall break pumpkin display.

Pumpkins During Fall Break
The Fall Break Package includes your own pumpkin and your own pumpkin carving kit. You can pick everything up at the front desk, and you can choose whenever during your stay you’d like to decorate or carve your pumpkin.
Children use the tools together with an adult.
You can take the pumpkin home with you after your visit, or leave it in front of the manor house to become part of our pumpkin display. The pumpkin kit is yours to keep, and you’re welcome to take it home, of course.
If you haven't booked the Fall Break Package, you can also buy a pumpkin with a pumpkin kit for 150 SEK.
Halloween at the Manor House
Saturday, October 31
On Halloween, the manor takes on a darker and more atmospheric vibe.
Pumpkins glow in front of the entrance, the manor house is filled with candlelight, and the darkness of autumn creates a very special atmosphere around the historic building.
It will be an evening where Halloween meets a manor house setting, rather than a traditional masquerade. Atmospheric, autumnal, and a little spooky.
The Potato Bin
On Friday and Saturday, Potatisbunkern is open for anyone who wants to continue the evening after dinner.
For guests staying at the hotel, admission is included.
Make Your Stay Even Better
If you'd like to add more relaxation to your fall break, you can book a spa treatment or a sauna raft as an optional extra for your stay.
Spa and sauna rafts must be booked separately and are subject to availability.

Dinner menu selections are made at the time of booking. Please let us know about any allergies or special dietary requests at that time.
Children use the pumping tools together with an adult.
The number of rooms is limited, and the availability of extra beds varies depending on the room type.
