Easter in Söderfors

During the Easter weekend, we invite you to enjoy a wonderful weekend at Söderfors Herrgård filled with good food, activities, and springtime vibes.

Our restaurant is serving a three-course Easter dinner for SEK 695 throughout the weekend, prepared with seasonal ingredients in the manor house's beautiful salons.

On Saturday and Sunday, we’re also serving Easter brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for 349 SEK—perfect for a long, leisurely weekend morning in a manor house setting.

There are also fun activities for families. Children can take part in an Easter egg hunt in the manor garden, and of course the Easter Bunny will be stopping by. The egg hunt takes place on Easter Eve from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m., and is open to all children up to 12 years old.

Easter Dinner Menu:
Appetizer
A classic Swedish SOS platter (Butter, Cheese, and Herring) to start the dinner. This dish features a selection of pickled herring served with cheese, butter, and bread.

Main Course
: Corn-fed chicken served with creamy truffle potato purée and a rich red wine sauce.

Dessert
: A light white chocolate panna cotta with marinated berries that adds a touch of freshness and makes for the perfect end to the meal.
