Welcome to an inspiring training weekend at Söderfors Herrgård led by Jakob
Nobuoka. This weekend is designed as an energetic getaway with a focus on movement, technique
and community.
This is included in your training package
The package is designed to give participants a complete experience of training and
recovery:
● Trainer-led group sessions led by Jakob Nobuoka.
● Two-course dinner enjoyed in a unique historical setting
● Overnight stay in a hotel room
● Breakfast buffet with a wide selection for a great start to the day.
● Access to facilities: As a participant, you have access to the manor's newly opened
and fully equipped gym for strength and conditioning.
Detailed schedule for the weekend
● 1:00 p.m.: Welcome and information – Introduction to the weekend's activities.
● 1:30 p.m.: Session 1 – Combat technique training – Focus on precision and technique.
● 2:15 p.m.: Session 2 – 60 minutes of Combat Mix – A high-intensity combat session that
combines songs from different martial arts.
● 3:15 p.m.: Break and check-in – Time for recovery and access to rooms
(check-in from 3:00 p.m.).
● 4:30 p.m.: 30 minutes HIIT strength – High-intensity interval training
● 5:15 p.m.: Relaxing post-workout chat – Gathering at the manor's sauna raft with
the opportunity for a wonderful relaxation and cold bath for those who want it.
● 7:00 p.m.: Dinner – A shared two-course dinner in the manor's restaurant, where
the food is prepared with a focus on quality.
Practical information for participants
● Equipment: Participants are responsible for bringing their own training clothes and swimwear.
● Breakfast and check-out times:
Breakfast is served on weekends from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. For requests for early or late check-out,
please contact the reception desk.
