About the service

We are looking for a driven and creative Sales and Event Coordinator for a full-time position on site.

The position is a combined role in which you will be responsible for both sales and planning/implementation of events – from initial contact to the finished event. The facility has great potential for creative and unique event concepts all year round.

 

Work tasks

 

· Create and follow up on B2B leads and develop new business opportunities

· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

· Responsible for the entire sales process: prospecting, quotations, negotiations, and closing deals

· Plan, coordinate, and execute events on site

· Work with weddings, conferences, and group bookings

· Work closely with the operations team to ensure high quality implementation

· Be available for coordination of weekend events as needed

· Work in CRM systems and Event & Venue Management systems

 

Qualifications

· At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales

· Proven experience in customer relations and account management

· Experience in sales within weddings, conferences, and group bookings

· Experience with Sales CRM and Event & Venue Management systems

· Structured, self-motivated, and service-oriented

· Fluent Swedish and English

· Experience with health retreats, concerts, and public events is a plus
