We are looking for at least one Housekeeping/Facilities Manager, an exceptional team member who has what it takes to deliver a significant part of the experience our guests enjoy here in Söderfors and at the Manor. We assume you live in the region and have access to a driver’s license and a car. Working here requires an appreciation for preserving a sense of history and a unique environment. General Job Responsibilities

As a member of our Housekeeping team, you are reliable, flexible, and have a wide range of cleaning experience. The facility consists of many different areas that require cleaning, as we offer a variety of accommodation options, conference and event spaces, a gym, a sauna complex, a pub, public areas, several dining areas, and a bar. We also have large outdoor spaces with beautiful park areas.

You will be a natural ambassador for Söderfors to all types of guests you encounter, providing a high level of service and helping to create the positive corporate and collegial culture needed for us to thrive in our workplace. That’s when magic happens—we know it! You feel at ease in any situation with all guests and visitors. You work independently while also being part of a team with a strong spirit of cooperation, where team members hold each other accountable for carrying out their assigned and structured operational procedures.

Your main responsibilities

-Perform cleaning duties with extreme care, without any complaints, at a fast pace, and with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience performing cleaning duties at a large hotel (chain) with extensive facilities similar to those described above.
