Welcome to Söderfors Herrgård—a historic manor house dating back to 1690, designed by the court architect Carl Hårleman, which has been transformed into a luxurious waterfront resort. Here, Swedish cultural heritage meets modern comfort, with a hotel, spa, restaurant, bar, and conference center that together create a unique experience.

We are looking for at least one bartender and at least two servers for our restaurant department—exceptional team members who have what it takes to deliver a significant part of the experience our guests enjoy here in Söderfors and at Herrgården. We assume you live in the region and have a driver’s license and access to a car.

The guests at our restaurant, which includes several dining areas, bars, and a pub, are primarily our hotel guests and conference attendees, but also include local residents as well as visitors to the events and activities we organize and host. Our working hours will vary from breakfast service and bar opening times to late dinner and bar hours, Monday through Sunday, year-round.

That is why we are looking for someone who has:

- At least 3 years of experience in a (hotel) restaurant setting as bar and/or waitstaff

- Lunch and à la carte service / hotel bar and pub operations

- Catering for conferences and events of various kinds

- Small and larger groups

A plus

- Sommelier training, wine knowledge, bar and cocktail training

Essential qualities include the ability to handle stress and a structured approach to work. We value a proactive work style. You can adapt your pace depending on the situation. Your supervisor is our restaurant manager, from whom you will receive clear instructions, but you will contribute personal qualities that foster a positive and helpful attitude toward the department’s and company’s culture.

We offer a competitive salary and full-time employment, with a 6-month probationary period. We would like you to start immediately as soon as you are available.
